90-day money-back guarantee on unopened jars
If you change your mind, return an unopened, unused jar with its seal intact within 90 days of delivery and we will refund you.
Because this is a consumable food product, we cannot accept or refund jars that have been opened. Once a seal is broken the product cannot be resold or verified, so opened jars are not eligible.
How to return
Email hello@nadiri.store with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address.
- Return postage is paid by you
- The jar must arrive sealed and undamaged
- Use a tracked service — we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us
Do not post anything back before we confirm, or we may not be able to match it to your order.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we have checked the seal, we refund to your original payment method. Your bank typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
This is different, and always covered.
If your order arrives damaged, if the seal is already broken on arrival, or if you received the wrong flavour or quantity, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and you do not need to send anything back.

Everything is on the product page before you check out — the full Supplement Facts panel, every ingredient, the serving size and the warnings. Read them.
If you are unsure whether a supplement is right for you, email us first and ask. We would rather answer a question than process a return.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel, email us immediately. If it has not shipped we can usually cancel and refund in full. Once it is with the carrier we cannot stop it.
What is not covered
- Opened jars, or jars with a broken seal
- Requests made more than 90 days after delivery
- Jars bought from another retailer or reseller — contact them directly
- Returns sent back without contacting us first
