Almost nobody argues about creatine any more. Monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements in sport, and 5g a day is the dose the research keeps landing on.
The problem was never the science. It was the tub in the cupboard you opened six times. The scoop, the shaker, the grit at the bottom of the glass, the sink. A supplement that only works if you take it every day, packaged in a way that makes taking it every day annoying.
So we put the same 5g of creatine monohydrate into five gummies that taste like sweets. No mixing. No mess. No sugar.
Why I built this
I have trained my whole life. Not in seasons and not for a photo — as a constant, the way you do anything that matters to you.
Somewhere along the way the point of it changed. It stopped being about how I looked and became about longevity: staying strong, staying capable, being a better version of myself each year instead of a slightly worse one. That is a long game, and long games are won by the things you do every single day.
Creatine was part of mine for years. The powder was the part I kept failing at. I knew exactly what it did, I believed the research, and I still ended up with half-used tubs at the back of a cupboard.
NADIRI came out of that gap — between knowing what works and actually doing it. The same 5g of monohydrate, in a form I take every day without thinking about it, made properly enough that I am happy to put my name on the jar.

What we will not do
No proprietary blends. Every ingredient and every dose is printed on the panel. If we could not put it on the label, it is not in the jar.
No creatine variant dressed up as an upgrade. Monohydrate is the form with the evidence behind it. Newer forms cost more and prove less.
No promises we cannot keep. Creatine is not a switch you flip. Take it daily for three to four weeks and judge it against your own baseline, not against an advert.
How it is made
Manufactured in the USA in an FDA-registered facility. Vegan, halal and gluten-free — set with vegan pectin rather than gelatin, coloured with spirulina extract rather than artificial dye.
Every batch is testable. Email us the batch number printed on your jar and we will send you the certificate of analysis for it. Most brands will not do that. It is the fastest way to tell who is confident in what they are selling.
Small, and staying that way
There is no call centre and no support ticket queue. When you email hello@nadiri.store, a person reads it and replies, usually within a business day.
We would rather sell one jar to someone who takes it every day for three months than four jars to people who forget after a week. That is the whole idea behind the product.
